Terms and Conditions

 

REPJAX TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 7/11/2025

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using RepJax services, requesting quotes, or placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

RepJax operates as a promotional printing brokerage. We:

  • Coordinate between customers and third-party printing suppliers
  • Do not manufacture products directly
  • Act as an intermediary to secure competitive pricing and quality products
  • Facilitate the production and delivery process

3. QUOTE AND ORDER PROCESS

Quotes:

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Quotes are estimates and may change based on final specifications
  • Written approval of quote required before production begins

Orders:

  • Orders require 50% deposit before production starts
  • Final payment due before shipping
  • All specifications must be finalized before production begins
  • Changes after production starts may incur additional fees

4. ARTWORK AND DESIGN

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Provide print-ready artwork in required formats
  • Ensure artwork meets supplier specifications
  • Approve digital proofs before production
  • Verify all text, colors, and design elements

RepJax Responsibilities:

  • Review artwork for basic printability
  • Coordinate proof approval process with suppliers
  • Communicate any technical issues with artwork

Important: Customer is responsible for final artwork approval. RepJax is not liable for errors in customer-approved artwork.

5. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Timelines:

  • Production times are estimates provided by suppliers
  • Actual delivery may vary due to supplier capacity, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Rush orders available but not guaranteed

Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are separate from product costs
  • Customer responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
  • RepJax not responsible for shipping delays by carriers
  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

6. PAYMENT TERMS

  • 50% deposit required to begin production
  • Final payment due before shipping
  • Accepted payment methods: [specify your methods]
  • Late payments may result in storage fees or order cancellation
  • Refunds subject to supplier policies and production stage

7. QUALITY AND LIABILITY

Quality Standards:

  • Products manufactured to industry standards by our suppliers
  • Minor color variations are normal in printing process
  • Customer must inspect orders upon delivery

Liability Limitations:

  • RepJax liability limited to order value
  • Not responsible for supplier production errors beyond our control
  • Not liable for consequential or indirect damages
  • Quality issues addressed through supplier warranty policies

8. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Before Production:

  • Orders may be cancelled with 24-hour notice
  • Deposit refundable minus any setup fees incurred

After Production Begins:

  • Cancellations may result in partial or full payment due
  • Changes may incur additional fees and delay delivery
  • Customer responsible for costs already incurred with suppliers

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Customer retains ownership of provided artwork
  • Customer grants RepJax license to use artwork solely for order fulfillment
  • Customer responsible for ensuring artwork doesn't infringe on third-party rights
  • RepJax may share artwork with suppliers as necessary for production

10. FORCE MAJEURE

RepJax not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier production issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation delays
  • Government regulations
  • Material shortages

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Disputes resolved through good faith negotiation
  • Governed by laws of [your state]
  • Customer agrees to report any issues within 30 days of delivery

12. PRIVACY

Customer information handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with suppliers solely for order fulfillment.

13. MODIFICATIONS

RepJax reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes effective immediately upon posting to website.

Return and Refund Policy

 

REPJAX RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 7/11/2025

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the custom nature of promotional printing products, all sales are final. Once production begins, orders cannot be returned or refunded except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

WHY ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Promotional products are:

  • Customized with your specific artwork, logos, and text
  • Produced to your exact specifications
  • Not suitable for resale to other customers
  • Manufactured specifically for your organization or event

EXCEPTIONS - WHEN REFUNDS MAY APPLY

Manufacturing Defects:

  • Products that arrive damaged due to production errors
  • Significant color variations from approved proofs (beyond normal printing tolerances)
  • Products that don't match approved specifications
  • Defective materials or workmanship

RepJax Errors:

  • Wrong quantities shipped
  • Incorrect products sent
  • Errors in order processing on our end

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

No refunds for:

  • Customer changes of mind after production begins
  • Minor color variations (normal in printing process)
  • Artwork errors approved by customer
  • Delayed delivery due to customer-provided information errors
  • Products that meet specifications but don't meet customer expectations
  • Rush orders that cannot be completed on time due to supplier capacity

DEFECT CLAIMS PROCESS

If you receive defective products:

  1. Report immediately - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide documentation - Photos of defective items required
  3. Keep all packaging - Original packaging may be needed for supplier claims
  4. Allow inspection - We may need to coordinate with supplier for evaluation

RESOLUTION OPTIONS

For legitimate defects:

  • Replacement products (subject to supplier availability)
  • Partial refund if replacement not possible
  • Credit toward future orders

  • Claims processed within 5-7 business days
  • Resolution depends on supplier policies and production schedules

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

  • 50% deposit required to begin production
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production starts
  • Final payment due before shipping
  • Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of delivery

ARTWORK APPROVAL RESPONSIBILITY

Customer is responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all proofs
  • Verifying spelling, colors, and design elements
  • Ensuring artwork meets their requirements

No refunds for:

  • Spelling errors in customer-approved artwork
  • Color preferences after proof approval
  • Design elements customer approved but later dislikes

FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Supplier production issues
  • Shipping delays by carriers
  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Material shortages
